Repairs and Upgrades:
Does your computer need some help? Is it running slow and sluggish and Windows feels more like a snail than a computer, give us a call. Many people don’t realize that when your computer is slow it’s not necessarily time for a new computer. It might need some cleanup to get rid of bloat and junk programs and menu bars or it might benefit from more RAM and an SSD upgrade.
Operating Systems:
What do you use your computer for the most? Is it just basic web surfing and email and maybe an occasional document or spreadsheet and hanging out on Social Media? Well if you answered yes, you might be better off dropping Windows and switching to a better operating system such as Ubuntu Linux. With linux your older hardware can faster than ever before and you won’t have to worry about viruses again either.
Website Design:
Does your business need a website? I do offer website design and I am also an experienced photographer with 30 years of experience, so I can not only design your new website but I can shoot the high quality images to go with the site. Maybe you already have a website but it needs to be updated, I can handle that as well.
Networking:
Do you need a network built for your home or store? I can handle that as well. I have made over 5 million CAT-5 cables in my time in I.T. and I have built network closets for companies large and small. Maybe you just need your internet at home secured. Many home users don’t realize that a lot of the internet providers out there don’t to much if anything to help secure your home internet connection. If your internet isn’t secure, your neighbors could be piggy backing off your internet and doing less than reputable things with your internet connection.
New Builds:
I also offer custom computer builds also known as white box systems. Many customers don’t realize that many of the retail builders such as Dell, HP and others short change customers. What do I mean by that? If you buy from them they cut corners in order to keep their costs down and you get a sub-par system in the process. You get a new system with not enough RAM to perform properly and you become frustrated as an end user. They also go to their parts suppliers and negotiate a much lower price for items such as hard drives and then offer to warranty the hardware themselves. You end up with a system with only a 90 day warranty where when you buy the hardware directly you pay a bit more but you also get the full 3-5 year warranty from the maker of that hardware whether it’s a hard drive or the motherboard.
